No matter what!

Seek Him First!

Life is a continuous journey filled with highs and lows. At times, my own life has seemed like this. I want to offer you encouragement on your path and pray for everyone who takes the time to read this.

Let's pray.

Jesus, please be with me as I write today and be with whomever is reading this right now. Please use these words to encourage and lift this person up. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Let me share with you one of my favorite Bible verses that I go to quite frequently, to remind myself and others about God's steadfast love.

Lamentations 3:22-24 ESV

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." The Lord is my portion," says my soul, "therefore I will hope in Him."

At times, I find myself feeling overwhelmed by everything occurring in my life or affecting my loved ones. As a woman juggling many roles and responsibilities, my thoughts and emotions are pulled in multiple directions daily. Don't misunderstand me; I cherish having all the people I love and care for in my life.

As a deeply empathetic woman, I find myself surrendering them to the Father above each day. I've come to understand that I can't control their lives or circumstances, but I keep them close in my heart and pray for them. I give a lot of myself, so I am deeply grateful for God's unwavering love for me. He is incredibly faithful. He is my portion. Without Him, I wouldn't be able to continue.

If you're a woman living a busy life, remember this verse. Let God's word echo within you, as it will rejuvenate and renew your soul. He is a loyal father, leading the way and acting behind the scenes in matters that affect your sensitive heart.

I pray God is with you today, journeying alongside you. Remember when life gets tough, seek Him first.
